I left home at 6.30am in icy conditions to drive to RIBI Headquarters in Alcester, near Stratford on Avon, for the General Council meeting. All 29 of the RIBI District Governors and the RIBI Executive meet 4 times a year to discuss items which affect us all in Rotary. Some Council meetings last for 2 days but this was a one day meeting to cut the cost.
I will include the items discussed in my report to our District Council in January.
